Textured winter white wedding flowers at Bolton Abbey

We were delighted to create for Emma & Paul’s wedding at Bolton Abbey with beautiful winter foliage & textures paired with white blooms. We knew white ranunculus, roses, astrantia and wax flower with scented spruce & berried eucalyptus would set the scene beautifully along with candlelight.

Classic white winter yorkshire wedding

For Emmas bouquet, we created a blousy round posy with a few foliage trails of eucalyptus and olive. For extra detail and contrast we added brunia and pine cones. For Pauls buttonhole we bound together a white rose, berried eucalyptus and a cluster of wax flower with dainty gold wire.

For the six bridesmaids we created six similar but smaller bouquets with plenty of texture to compliment the embellished gowns. Set against the bridesmaids’ beautiful turquoise/emerald green sequin gowns they looked so wildly textured.

For the ceremony Emma & Paul knew they wanted stunning florals to frame the altar while they took their vows. In keeping with their flower & colour theme, we created two pedestals along with white ranunculus and ivory spray roses, astrantia, freesia, waxflower and lots of gorgeous winter foliage.

We loved decorating the tables with florals wreaths paired with Neom candles for a warm atmosphere and scent.
