Flowers make people happy, they set the scene and provide drama and wow! If you want to know how to dress your home with flowers this class is for you.
You will learn how we approach each season. We discuss what flowers are in best to use each season and how to look after, condition and care for flowers. We will show you how to embrace colours and textures to make your heart sing!
You will make two gorgeous arrangements to take home including a vase arrangement and hand tied bouquet. This class is suitable for beginners and makes a lovely gift, a wonderful introduction in to the world of flowers.
Lunch and light refreshments will be provided. Please tell us of any dietary requirements.
This session runs from 10am-2.30pm
Held at our flower school based at The Old Glasshouses, Creskeld Hall, Creskeld Lane, Arthington, LS21 1NT
You will learn how we approach each season. What flowers are in season when and how to look after, condition and care for flowers. What to look for when buying flowers and where to get them.
You will create beautiful seasonal hand-tied bouquet of luxury flowers and learn how to package it. You will also create a floral arrangement in a container, you can then take home your beautiful creations to show off how clever you are.
This course is open to all but if you are a florist it is a chance to build your portfolio in a non pressured environment. If you want to know the basic techniques to decorate your home this is the course for you.
If you want to have a wonderful relaxing day out and get your creative juices flowing this is the course for you. It would make a brilliant gift for a loved one or nice day out.
