This is a 4 unit course where we delve into your business workings and share our knowledge and tips along the way. This is suitable for creative business owners who are open minded and ready to spend time on developing their own business and brand.

The weeks will comprise of:

Unit One: FOCUS

In this unit we will focus on 'Who am I?'

Looking at your brand, branding and mood boards. Delving into your company values and all things 'YOU!"

Unit Two: BUILD

In this unit we will be discussing 'The bones of the business'.

Looking at the 'back of house' workings of your business. We will take time to look at the processes you have in place. This includes costing, pricing, spreadsheet software etc.

Unit Three: GROW

This unit touches upon:

• How to find clients

• Types of revenue streams

• Networking

Unit Four: BLOOM

Unit four is all about finding your tribe and building your community!

What’s the plan?

We meet online for our launch on 23rd September 930-1030.

Get yourself ready with a cuppa!

You'll be emailed the units over the 8 weeks and we shall discuss them at 930am every Wednesday online as a group. Course mid break 28th October.

We will talk through the unit and then you will go away to fill it in.

You will be added to a private Leafy Business Club Facebook Group where you can talk to other members, ask for advice/help and build your community. You will have lifetime membership to this group. This group will be filled with challenges, social media prompts and we shall host q & a sessions with interesting people to inspire you.

The course is non refundable or transferable. You can pay in 3 instalments , with £100 to secure your place.
