Rosie and George's enchanting garden wedding

Let me tell you, there is nothing better than setting up a beautiful wedding for a gorgeous couple and feeling like you’re part of the family whilst doing so… ploughed with tea, cake and biscuits, the fuel we always need to get through the wedding set-ups.

Rosie and George got married at Ledsham Parish Church just a stone’s throw away from Rosie’s family home where they then had a beautiful marquee reception.

The brief was to create a beautiful wild, country garden feel. Rosie’s bouquet was a gorgeous hand-tied bouquet with a loose and natural shape, it included some stunning British flowers including dahlia, poppies, scabious, phlox, scented geranium & oak foliage.

We decorated the marquee with 3 hanging chandeliers covered in gorgeous wild foliages, as well as herbs, ivy, heather plants and dried hydrangea. The table designs were a beautiful mix of terracotta pots collected by the brides mother, which were then filled with garden flowers and plants replicating their already gorgeous country garden seamlessly inside the marquee giving that homegrown, natural and laidback vibe.

Another wedding with some of our favourite suppliers, fabulous photography from Joe Dodsworth, marquee from Wharfe Marquees and catering by Homegrown Hospitality

Dear Sarah & The fab Leafy Team, just a little note to say a huge thank you for our beautiful wedding flowers. It was such a joy to work with you all. Thank you for being so patient with all our back and forth. I hope you’ll agree that the flowers and arrangements were stunning! George was particularly delighted with all the bright colours in my bouquet, thank you! “
